Straightforward terms so there are no surprises on job day.
Pricing depends on the service: moving is based on estimated hours needed × our labor rate, junk removal is priced per item, and cleaning is priced per job based on the scale of the clean. After you submit your info, our team arrives for an initial walkthrough, then sends a firm quote — plus any add-ons for extra time.
Jobs with multiple flights of stairs or a long carry distance from parking to the door may include an added labor fee, quoted before we start.
Last-minute changes to your scheduled time window (same-day reschedules or arrival-time shifts) may include an added fee depending on crew availability.
A deposit is required to reserve your date and crew. This secures your spot on the schedule and is applied toward your total.
For moves, the remaining balance is due upon arrival at the drop-off/unloading location. For junk removal and cleaning, the balance is due upon completion of work.
Every job is completed with a fully equipped crew — hand trucks, stair climbers, and furniture bands are standard on every move. You're getting trained professionals with the right tools for the job, not just a truck and good intentions.
Your safety and the safety of your belongings come first. In the event of severe weather, work will pause and resume once conditions are safe, with your schedule adjusted accordingly, weather permitting. We'll stay in close communication with you throughout any delay.
